Professor D.L. Simmons presented in Birmingham, Alabama at SAMLA 90: Fighters from the Margins: Socio-Political Activists and Their Allies this past weekend in two academic presentations. He also had his Opening Art Exhibition: “Evanescence Eidolon” which features his new artwork collection of large prints during the popular, community-driven event, First Friday Art Crawl in downtown Macon. D.L. Simmons’s “Evanescence Eidolon” collection will be exhibiting at Ampersand Guild during the month of November.
