2019 Black History Month Events

Take a look at the 2019 Black History Month events happening throughout February across all campuses.

During World War II, the Tuskegee Airmen of the US Army Air Forces, “served with distinction in combat, and they contributed to the eventual integration of the U.S. armed services, with the U.S. Air Force leading the way.” Click here to learn more about the Tuskegee Airmen from the National Museum of the US Air Force.

The Office of Student Life is proud to host Hayiya Dance Studio for Black History Month!

The studio will put on a 1-hour concert to feature traditional West African dance, percussion, song, and audience participation. The performance will be held in the College of Arts and Science’s theater.
