David Lopez and Aquanas Meadows received an “Excellence in Research” award at the 2019 MBAA International Conference – a multidisciplinary business conference – held in late March in Chicago. They presented a paper titled “An Optimal Security and Sustainability Model,” which they developed as part of their work in an upper-division Operations Strategy course offered through the School of Business.
Students Dalton Foskey, Taylor Lewis, and Angela Marshall helped prepare the presentation. The presentation was made possible through funding by MGA’s Office of Experiential Learning. Faculty supervisors for the project included Anthony Narsing, Troy Sullivan, and Chris Tsavatewa.
