Alumni Career Q&A and Mixer: Demystifying Entrepreneurship, Side Hustles, Remote Work, and Corporate Work

Wednesday, September 27 | 5:30-7PM

Macon Campus | Student Life Center (SLC) Lobby

The world of work is changing, and we’re going to help you navigate it! Meet MGA alumni and learn about the truth behind running your own business, working remotely, balancing grad school with work, taking on a side hustle, and working a traditional full-time job with a corporation. Afterwards, you will have a chance to mingle with them in a casual, networking setting!

Alumni speakers include Jami Wall, PAQ Financial Manager with Robins Air Force Base; Phillip Swicegood, Head of Digital for the Erick Erickson Show; Erika Jackson, Marketing Manager with Aladdin; and JD Miller, Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual. This event is sponsored by the Middle Georgia State University Alumni Association and the Center for Career & Leadership Development.
