Their foundation, Prof. KOA Humanitarian Foundation, was founded in 2019 with a mission to feed the hungry.

"Every year since we started, we carry out our mission on Thanksgiving Day in the way of an outreach to a community and surrounding areas in Lagos," Agbebi said. "We provide a reason for the hungry and needy to be thankful, just like we do here in the USA as we celebrate with family. Even if it is just for that one day of the year, we provide much-needed freshly prepared and packaged meals and drinks to those in need."

To celebrate the foundation's 5th anniversary, the couple this year also provided free general health screenings, medications, and health education and counseling.

"We had Nigerian board-certified RNs and other healthcare professionals participating, as well as community leaders who rose to the occasion to support our mission and serve humanity for that day," Agbebi said. "It was a huge success, and we plan to continue with the mission of this foundation."
