MGA Professors Share Experiences at GeorgiaFIRST Robotics Girls FIRST Event

MGA's Department of Information Technology was well represented at the GeorgiaFIRST Robotics Girls FIRST Event in April!

Dr. Kembley Lingelbach, associate professor and department chair, and associate professors Tina Ashford, Dr. Vicky Sandoval, and Dr. Valerie Mercer attended and spoke at the event held locally at Mercer University in Macon. The professors shared their personal experiences as technology professionals. The event was attended by more than 150 high school girls from the Southeast interested in STEM fields as future careers.
