Knights men's basketball team was on their home court for the first time this season on Monday, Nov. 17, as they hosted the Tigers of Voorhees University. The Knights were coming off of an overtime win over the Hawks of Shorter University and were looking to get another win at home.
The Knights quickly jumped out to a nine point lead early in the first half before the Tigers would cut the lead down to six points. The Knights got hot from the field as their shots kept falling and the Tigers went on a cold streak as the Knights pulled ahead. The lead continued to grow late into the first half with the Knights holding a 29 points lead before the Tigers scored the final four points of the half and the Knights led 51-26 at halftime.
