MANDATORY NEW FRESHMAN CONVOCATION – COCHRAN 8/15 & MACON 8/16

ALL new freshman are required to attend a Freshman Convocation ceremony (lasts about an hour).  Students may choose to attend Convocation at either the Cochran or Macon campus:

COCHRAN: Tuesday, August 15 at 4 pm in Morris Gym in Cochran (Check-in starts at 3:00 in Morris)

MACON: Wednesday, August 16 at 4 pm in the Wellness Center in Macon (Check in starts at 3:00 in Student Life Center)

NEW FRESHMAN SURVEY

ALL new freshman are asked to complete this University System of Georgia survey by Monday, August 21, 2017.  This may take 15-20 minutes to complete but will help MGA determine programs and services for freshmen.

 

CAMPUS CARRY LAW – What you need to know!

GRAND OPENING – HEALTH SERVICES RELOCATED – Cochran campus 8/23

Health Services, which includes the Health Clinic and the offices of Counseling and Disability Services have relocated to the lower level of Georgia Hall.   Come enjoy light snacks and register for door prizes at the “Grand Opening” of the new location on Wednesday, August 23 from 3-5 pm.

 

FREE TRANSIT COCHRAN-EASTMAN CAMPUSES

Free transit between Cochran and Eastman campuses is available for all interested students.  See transit route and schedule here: Cochran-Eastman Free Transit

 

JAZZ THAT ROCKS! MACON POPS 8/26 @ Macon campus

The music of Blood Sweat & Tears, Chicago and Steely Dan. On the field next to the Rec & Wellness Center @ 8-11 pm. Tickets required – $14 for students.  For tickets contact box office @ 478-301-5740 or purchase at the gate.

 

AIR NATIONAL GUARD RECRUITING 8/28 @ Macon campus

The Air National Guard will be recruiting from 11:30 am-1:30 pm in SLC outside of Camelot Court! Don’t miss it!
