Dr. Greg George has been named a Senior Fellow at the Georgia Public Policy Foundation. He will be conducting research on the economic impacts of the Covid19 pandemic and working collaboratively with other Senior Fellows at UGA, Kennesaw State and GA Tech. The Georgia Public Policy Foundation was founded in 1991 as a state-focused, non-partisan and market-oriented research center.
George is the director of the Center for Economic Analysis in the School of Business. Dr. Steve Morse, dean of the School of Business said: “Dr. George has a reputation for excellent analysis of the economics of public policy issues and now he will be applying his knowledge and skills to public policy issues across Georgia. His analysis and the role of capitalism and free market economies in relation to public policy issues will add to the already robust policy papers published by the Georgia Public Policy Foundation.”
