Jeffrey Harvey to Speak at Voices of Impact Lecture Series

FOL 2019 Spring Old Book Sale

Friends of the Library invites the MGA community to check out the 2019 Spring Old Book Sale! The sales will take place at the Riverstreet Corners Shopping Center, 2720 Riverside Drive in Macon on the following dates: Wednesday, April 3, 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. (members only preview), Thursday, April 4, 10:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M., Friday, April 5, 10:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M., Saturday, April 6, 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Kelly Wilmer Joins Cochran Health Clinic

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Kelly Wilmer as the new nurse practitioner in Student Health Services/Health Clinic in Cochran. Kelly joined us Monday, March 4th and will continue to shadow Autumn Lucas between the Macon and Cochran Campus clinics over the next week or so to acquaint herself with our campuses and processes.

Francophone & Hispanic Free Movie Series: “La guagua aérea”

MGA Hosts Science Olympiad Regional Event

MGA hosted a regional event for Science Olympiad, one of the largest K-12 STEM organizations in the US, on Saturday, Feb. 16. High Schools around the state traveled to our Macon Campus to participate. Teams from each high school were given the opportunity to compete in 23 different events and allowed approximately five (5) hours to complete the entire event.

IDS Film Event: “The Name of the Rose”

MGA faculty, students, and the off-campus community are cordially invited to this semester’s FREE Interdisciplinary Film Event on February 28th at 5:00 P.M. in the Math Auditorium on the Macon Campus. This will be a rare opportunity to see the cinematic gem, “The Name of the Rose” on a huge HD screen.


BOLD Black History Month Talent Show
