On April 18th, 6:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M., the Warner Robins Campus is hosting an Easter Party at Thomas Hall! This FREE event will feature a bunny hop contest, corn hole, egg dyeing, free candy, and much more. Be sure to bring your peeps and join us for an egg-cellent time!
On April 16th, from 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M., join us outside of SLC on the Macon Campus to design a t-shirt in support of victims and survivors of violence for the Clothesline Project, a visual vehicle that provides awareness that incest, domestic violence, and sexual violence exist in our communities while also giving a voice to those who have been forcibly silenced.
The Multi-Cultural Association presents “Keeping You Encouraged,” a Community Appreciation Day Event in appreciation of veterans, law enforcement, educators, hospital workers, EMS/fire and city employees. Light refreshments will be provided. The event is open to the public.

Join us for the 7th Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition! The Awards Ceremony and Opening Reception will take place on Monday, April 8th from 6:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. in the Peacock Gallery (Russell Hall) on the Cochran Campus. Refreshments will be offered. Announcement of winners will be made between 6:30 P.M. and 6:45 P.M. during the reception. The exhibition will remain open April 8th – 26th, Monday – Thursday from 8:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. and Fridays from 8:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Closed on weekends and university holidays.
The 2019 Teaching Asia Workshop: Women’s & Gender Issues in Asia will take place April 12th and 13th at the GSU Dunwoody Campus.

On April 17th, MGA will host renowned jazz trumpeter, Mr. Brad Goode. The schedule is as follows: 3:30 P.M. – Mr. Goode will sit in with and workshop the jazz ensemble. Location: Instrumental Rehearsal Hall, Music Building, Macon Campus. 5:30 P.M. – Mr. Good will perform and lecture for The 16-25 Collective, an MGA music organization. Location: Rehearsal Hall, Arts Complex, Macon Campus. All events are FREE and open to the public.
