Here are a few of the events Career Services hosted on the Macon Campus this Spring. Students and alumni are welcome to come to the Office of Career Services (Macon Campus, SLC 254; Cochran Campus, Sanford 112) to gain more tips on any area of professional development!
On April 4th, the Office of Career Services partnered with Ashleigh Jennings in Student Life to host a “Social Media Lunch N Learn” on the Dublin Campus.
On Wednesday, April 17th, Dr. Chris Cairney and Dr. Gul Celkan will be hosting a Panel on “Teaching English Abroad” at the Writing Center in Russell Hall on the Cochran Campus at 2:00 P.M. If you are interested in teaching abroad, please don’t miss this opportunity. All students from all disciplines are welcome.

On April 18th, 6:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M., the Warner Robins Campus is hosting an Easter Party at Thomas Hall! This FREE event will feature a bunny hop contest, corn hole, egg dyeing, free candy, and much more. Be sure to bring your peeps and join us for an egg-cellent time!
On April 16th, from 10:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M., join us outside of SLC on the Macon Campus to design a t-shirt in support of victims and survivors of violence for the Clothesline Project, a visual vehicle that provides awareness that incest, domestic violence, and sexual violence exist in our communities while also giving a voice to those who have been forcibly silenced.
The Multi-Cultural Association presents “Keeping You Encouraged,” a Community Appreciation Day Event in appreciation of veterans, law enforcement, educators, hospital workers, EMS/fire and city employees. Light refreshments will be provided. The event is open to the public.
