Center for Career and Leadership Development launches new Student Leadership Program

The Center for Career and Leadership Development (CCLD – formerly known as Career Services) is excited to announce our new Student Leadership Programs component.

Dr. Tamika Russell will be leading our Student Leadership Programs efforts. For the 2019-2020 academic year, we will be launching an incoming Freshmen leadership program called Knights Lead. Please visit the Student Leadership Programs webpage HERE for more information. We will periodically update the website with additional information, events, and student leadership programs that will be implemented in the upcoming academic years. We will have an Emerging Leaders Program for sophomores and iLEAD Mentors Program for juniors in the near future. Our goals are to retain, engage, and develop students into great student leaders who are able to obtain valuable professional experiences and are prepared to compete in a global economy and society.

We would like to encourage staff and faculty members to advertise the Knights Lead program (for incoming Freshmen only) to students and encourage them to apply for the program. We will be selecting 25 students to participate on the Macon campus and 25 students on the Cochran campus. Additional details are on the website and in the below flyer.
