From casually dressed to polished and pressed! Recent #MGA grad Kristian Love, who majored in Information Technology (IT), stopped by the University’s Career Services office today (4/12) to get help with his resume. Love plans to attend a Career Fair in Atlanta next week. He mentioned to Career Services staff members that he didn’t have a suit to wear to the fair, and in no time at all they set him up with the perfect outfit, including shoes, from the on-site Professional Closet. Check out his before and after photos!
The Professional Closet is an MGA service, maintained by the Career Services office, that gives students a place to buy gently used professional clothing, shoes, and accessories for job interviews. Each item of clothing – donated by MGA faculty, staff, students and members of the community – is $5 or less. If you’re a current student or recent grad who needs a job-interview outfit or if you have gently used professional clothing you’d like to donate, call 478.471.2714 for more info.
