The process for ordering regalia for our Spring Commencement Ceremony is the same as it was for Fall Semester. Each faculty member or administrator that needs to order regalia will be required to fill out the order form above and take it to the bookstore to place and pay for their order. Administrative Assistants may assist with ordering, but it is ultimately the faculty member’s responsibility to place the order if regalia rental is needed.
Please note, this semester, you will only be able to order complete units instead of individual items. The only exception is the hood, and those may be ordered separately.
For example, if you just need a gown, you will need to purchase one, or rent the whole unit (cap, gown, tassel, and hood) for your level of degree.
If only a hood is needed, you may order those individually.
Orders will be taken in the Bookstores on all campuses beginning today, February 16th, and the deadline to order is March 4th. Any orders placed after the deadline are not guaranteed to arrive before the ceremony, and will be subject to a late rental fee.
