Lieutenant Stephanie Lampp of the MGA Police Department was recognized on Friday, March 25 for graduating Instructor Training at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth. This GPSTC course is designed for officers who instruct in performance oriented training and is responsible for lesson plan development. Topics range from instructor liability and lesson plan design, to testing and evaluation of learning. During the course, each student writes an original lesson plan on an approved public safety topic and develops the presentation skills necessary to deliver that lesson.
This is a challenging 80 hour/ 2 week course that is required of all supervisors and managers at the Middle Georgia State University Police Department. We would like to congratulate Lt. Lampp on her accomplishment and thank her for her hard work and dedication.
