Important Department Office Location Changes

Over Spring Break, there have been some departmental moves that we want to make our campus community aware of before students return next week.

Cochran Campus

A new Admissions & Welcome Center has been established at the Cochran campus in the former Alumni House that is a shared initiative between Enrollment Management and University Advancement.  This new Center allows our prospective students, families, alumni, and visitors an accessible, welcoming space for both recruitment and development activities.  Stop by and visit the Recruiters, Admission staff, Development and Alumni Affairs representatives who are now housed at 199 3rd Street!

Macon Campus

The Registrar’s Office is now located on the second floor of the Student Life Center between the Financial Aid Office and Testing.  This move centralizes three key student service departments  for easier student access to the Bursar’s Office, Registrar’s Office, and Financial Aid.

In the former Registrar’s Office space, students will return next week to a new Advising Center that allows high visibility of our advising services as students come through the Student Life Center. This new location also supports better collaboration and communication between Admissions and new student first semester registration.

As more changes occur over the next few weeks/months, we will continue to share those relocations.
