A member of the iTLEAD team at Middle Georgia State College represented the institution at a conference on April 23 & 24 in Bucharest, Romania.
The eLSE conference is a major European event primarily focused on eLearning and other software applications for military, defense, and higher education.
“The paper that I am presenting is addressing the need for role-based training and educational models influenced by techniques that were used by some of the most successful and impactful artists from the Renaissance period,” said Bryan Eldridge. “As traditional higher education continues to redefine, disaggregate, and re-stack its offerings, I believe that incorporating role-based methodologies allows for a much more significant level of customization and personalization for the learner – leading to a much a higher-valued experience for the individual and a more impactful and ready product for the employer.”
He added, “I am very happy to be a member of the iTLEAD team and the greater MGSC family and look forward with great pride to representing them at this event and many more to follow in the future.”
