Last year President Blake and the Cabinet asked that we develop a Master Calendar for MGA – one that will enable ALL events from EACH campus to be on a master calendar. As we continue to grow this is a vital instrument to assist us as we can schedule around events and departmental deadlines in order to assist students, faculty, staff and visitors as they navigate the campuses. Three sessions have been set up to train users (administrative assistants, directors and others that plan and organize meetings, lectures, sporting events…) on our campuses. To date, Cabinet members have identified individuals that will be responsible in their areas; however, if you have someone else in your area that has this responsibility, please encourage them to attend one of these sessions.

- Thursday, July 20 @ 1:00 p.m. PSC 136 – Macon
- Monday, July 24, @ 9:00 a.m. – Cochran – President’s Dining Room.
If you are not a scheduler, please take a minute to look at our new program! You can access it at the bottom of the home page by clicking “CALENDAR” or under Quick Links under “Campus Events”. It is a searchable program and you can see what is happening specifically on your campus and/or area and you can even post it to social media! Great for advertising your event! As information is uploaded, it is our hope that it will be a first-stop location for information about MGA!
