MGA Libraries now has a site license for the New York Times—this means an individual online subscription for every student, faculty, and staff member. Each individual has to either access the site from an on-campus computer or from the URL that takes them to the sign-on page off campus and register. You only have to do this one time, and then you are registered as a subscriber for a year. After that, you have to re-register, to prevent previous students or staff members from having perpetual access. This is the link to register off campus: http://ezproxy.mga.edu/login?url=http://ezmyaccount.nytimes.com/grouppass
In addition to the NYTimes subscription, there is also a New York Times in Education site we can access that gives faculty ideas on how to use it in conjunction with their teaching. To gain entry to the Education site (whether faculty, staff, or student), simply complete a short registration here. Be sure to use your edu email address.
