NEW position – Coordinator for MOWR
Move On When Ready (MOWR) is a statewide program that provides Georgia high school students with an opportunity to earn college credit while working toward their high school diploma. MGA offers MOWR students the opportunity to participate in the residential program on the Cochran campus, or non-residential options on the five campuses or in area high schools. The Office of the Provost is pleased to announce that Mr. Brian Warren has joined our student success team as the MOWR Coordinator. Mr. Warren’s office will be in Welch Hall on the Cochran campus.
CHANGE in dedicated advisor for the student athletes
Coach Tom Bates, Head Coach for Men and Women’s Tennis, is replacing Darious Dennard as the dedicated advisor for the student athletes. Mr. Dennard is relocating to Valdosta, Georgia. His allegiance to the institution and commitment to the academic success of our students is appreciated. Coach Bates will maintain office hours on both the Cochran and the Macon campuses.
