The Office of Student Affairs is proud to share a positive feedback comment from an MGA student for the superb customer service experience they experienced with MGA staff member Ms. Felicia Haywood.

A customer service feedback form  was submitted online today stating that you were excellent in your courtesy, helpfulness, responsiveness, knowledge, and accessibility (“Fabian and Michael worked to ensure Coleman Hill was in perfect condition for our annual Veterans Day event. The event was even better because of these two! I just wanted to say Thank You!!”) to staff member, Dee Lindsey, in person in Macon.

A customer service feedback form  was submitted today  stating that you were excellent in your courtesy (“Mrs. Haywood was extremely nice she took the time out to help me look for sources.”), helpfulness (“Mrs. Haywood was very helpful by showing all of the different ways to find resources”), responsiveness (”Any question that I had she answered”), knowledge , and accessibility (“As soon as I asked a question she was right there to help me.”) to a student in person, on the Macon campus.
