SAVE THE DATE UPDATE
Friday, November 30 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Middle Georgia State University is hosting our inaugural MGA Day of Service as an opportunity for our MGA faculty, staff, and students to give back to the communities in which we live, work, and study.
We are seeking community partners with meaningful projects in our five communities (Cochran, Dublin, Eastman, Macon and Warner Robins) for us to serve and make a difference. We are looking for projects that are indoors; outdoors; hands-on; interactive with children, seniors, and animals; environmental; etc. where we can make an impact on our communities. We are accepting Community Partner Project Applications on our website Day of Service now through Friday, November 2.
All community partners will be notified regarding project selection by Friday, November 9. We would like to offer as many service sites as possible but will give preference to sites that can accommodate 20 or more volunteers. We strongly encourage our partners to provide a rain plan as a backup option.
Volunteer information for faculty, staff, and students will be coming soon.
If you have any questions about this application or the MGA Day of Service, please contact MGA Student Affairs at email@example.com or by phone at 478.934.3028.
