School of Education Experiential Learning Open House

The School of Education successfully launched an Experiential Learning Open House on Monday, February 08, 2016.  Community partners from The United Way_Read2Succeed Program, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and Communities in Schools were on campus today, 02.08.16, for the School of Education’s Experiential Learning Open House. The endeavor was coordinated for the School of Education by Dr. Sumitra Himangshu (EL Liaison for School of Education) and Dr. Chris Tsavatewa (QEP Director) and attended by pre-education students from Area F courses on the Macon and Warner Robins campuses, who availed of authentic mentoring, and service learning opportunities in the Central Georgia region.
