Congratulations to Dr. Alan Clark, MGA’s director of bands, who was inducted into the Georgia chapter of Phi Beta Mu International School Bandmaster Fraternity. This is a distinct honor for Clark and the Band of Knights, as very few band directors are elected into membership.
MGA’s Annual Bridge Lighting takes place on Thursday, November 29th. This year will also include an outdoor concert presented by the MGA Band of Knights.
On Saturday, April 22 from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. in the arts complex theater on the Macon campus, the Middle Georgia State University Band of Knights will hold color guard auditions. Performers with color guard spinning and dancing experience should make plans to attend this clinic audition.
On Thursday, November 17 at 7:30 PM in the Walker Hall Auditorium on the Cochran campus the MGA Band of Knights will present it’s first-ever “A Knight to Remember” performance.
