MGA Day of Service
Friday, November 30 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Middle Georgia State University is hosting our inaugural MGA Day of Service as an opportunity for our MGA faculty, staff, and students to give back to the communities in which we live, work, and study.
You must register to vote by October 9 in order to vote in Georgia’s November 6 general election for governor and other state officers. Georgia residents can register to vote or check their registration status at https://registertovote.sos.ga.gov/.
The next meeting of the MGA Rotaract Club will be on October 3rd at 6:00 p.m. in PSC 329 in the School of Information Technology on the Macon Campus.
B.O.L.D and S.G.A. of Student Life are having a Food Drive that will help the food pantry on our campus.
Macon, Ga., is hosting the 2018 conference of the Norman Mailer Society from Thursday, Oct. 25, through Saturday, Oct. 27. Dr. Gerald Lucas, English professor at Middle Georgia State University, is vice president of the Norman Mailer Society and the conference co-organizer.
This is a new program that the MGA Foundation is enrolled with. This is a great addition to the MGA fundraising dollars that we can use for the University.
Sonny Carter Elementary School in Bibb County School District is hosting our school level Science Fair on November 15th and need volunteers to help judge!
