Online Teaching Opportunities for MGA Faculty

The European Union Studies Program of the University System of Georgia (http://www.eustudiesprogram.org/) is seeking faculty to teach online courses on the EU, Transatlantic relations or that compare the EU and the United States. A catalog of eleven EURO courses (see attached) is already developed and have been previously taught, but due to the nature of the material, the courses may require extensive updating.

Middle Georgia State University Receives Bronze Seal for Excellence in Student Voter Engagement

Middle Georgia State University (MGA) received a bronze seal at the first-ever ALL IN Challenge Awards Ceremony that recognized colleges and universities committed to increasing student voting rates.

At the ceremony, held late last fall, MGA received a bronze seal for achieving a student voting rate between 50 percent and 59 percent in 2016.


EU Studies Program Conference – Extended Deadline

The European Union Studies Program of the University System of Georgia will be holding a student conference at Georgia College in Milledgeville on March 8 and 9, 2018. If you are working on a paper or other project related to the European Union, you are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal to present at the conference.
