The English Studies Association and Canterbury Club will be presenting a concert reading of Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest on Thursday, 14 November, 7 pm, in Russell Hall Auditorium on Cochran campus.
The Multi-Cultural Association presents “Keeping You Encouraged,” a Community Appreciation Day Event in appreciation of veterans, law enforcement, educators, hospital workers, EMS/fire and city employees. Light refreshments will be provided. The event is open to the public.
All members of the MGA community are invited to join the MGA Health Clinic at “Diet Mythbusters” as they host a registered dietitian to answer all your diet/nutrition related questions, debunk trendy and/or misleading diet claims, and offer healthy diet plans. The event will take place March 14th, 11:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. in the SLC Lobby (alongside the Red Cross Blood Drive) on the Macon Campus.
The Writing Center will host a Resume Writing Workshop on Thursday, February 28th at 12:30 P.M. in TEB 225 on the Macon Campus. Career Services will lead the workshop. Contact Sharon Colley for more information.
Middle Georgia State University invites faculty, staff, students and the general public to the 2019 Spring Symposium. The event will be held on Saturday, February 23rd in the 1st floor of the Professional Sciences Building on the Macon Campus. Continental breakfast and registration begins at 8:30 A.M. Registration Fees include continental breakfast and buffet lunch: General Public $40.00. Faculty/Students $20.00.
Middle Georgia State University’s Student Life Office invites you to join us for The Great Egg Hunt! On April 16, 6:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. on the Macon Campus, families are welcome to hunt for eggs and treasures, visit the petting zoo and stop by a photo booth for fun family photos to commemorate the day! This FREE event is open to students, faculty & staff, their families and the general public.

MGA’s Alpha Iota Mu chapter of Kappa Delta Pi is hosting a “Truth Be Told Party” on December 13th, 6:00 P.M – 9:00 P.M. in the Teacher Education Building Atrium on the Macon Campus. Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to bring family and friends to embrace their inner artist and join Kappa Delta Pi for a painting party!
