MGA Recognizes Students For Academic Achievements

Taylor Cravey of Dudley, Ga., a Middle Georgia State University senior graduating with a bachelor’s degree in elementary special education, has been chosen the President’s Scholar for the Class of 2019. Cravey was one of more than 50 MGA students recognized at the 2019 Honors Convocation for their academic achievements.

President’s Blog: Commencement – A New Beginning

This week we shall celebrate the graduation of another cohort of MGA students at our Commencement Exercises.  Although Independence Day is six months away in the heat of summer, for these 400+ students who will cross the stage on Thursday it will for many of them feel like they have achieved an extraordinary sense of independence!  And they shall join our ever-expanding family of alumni across the state, nation and world.


600+ Students Set to Receive Degrees at MGA’s Fall Graduation

Nearly 630 students are eligible to collect their diplomas from Middle Georgia State University at fall graduation ceremonies scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 13. Col. Lyle K. Drew, commander, 78th Air Base Wing, Robins Air Force Base, will be the commencement speaker.
