Macon Campus’s The Writing Center opens on Monday, January 14 for the Spring 2019 semester. All students in all majors are welcome and encouraged to bring their drafts for feedback.
Grammarpalooza, The Writing Center’s regular writing refresher, will be Wed., Oct. 24. Students can drop in between 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. and should be prepared to stay 40 minutes.

The Writing Center‘s editing refresher, Grammarpalooza (Tuesday, April 25), will be a celebration of the upcoming summer season. This drop-in event takes approximately 30-40 minutes; it will be open from 2:00-4:00 pm. This semester’s focus is punctuation (apostrophes, commas, etc.) and academic tone. Stop by for an editing “tune-up” before your final essays are due!
Resume Writing 101 will be offered by Career Services in The Writing Center, Macon (TEB 226), on Tuesday, April 4, 3:30-4:30. All students are welcome for this practical workshop; refreshments provided by Student Services.
