March 9, Social Impact Employer Pop-up (in-person in SLC Lobby of Macon Campus)
11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
To learn more about the 7 organizations attending, including MGA’s Bachelor of Social Work program. This event will be in-person on the Macon Campus. Masks are required. Columbus PD, Crisis Line, Food Corps (all hiring full-time) and YMCA of Greater Birmingham – Camp Crosby, TeamEffort Mission, Camp Grace (Roberta, GA) (all hiring for summer opportunities) plus the Bachelor of Social Work program at MGA will be attending.
March 11, Robins Air Force Base Schedule A Sessions (virtual and in-person options)
- 30 minute sessions available – pre-registration required via Handshake.

The HR Rep will be available to talk with students about the federal hiring process and specifically talk with anyone who thinks they might eligible under the Schedule A Hiring program. Additional dates and locations are listed in Handshake – pre-registration required for each one.
March 12, Social Work Career Panel (virtual via Teams)
11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Join us for a virtual panel via Teams to learn about careers in social work. This opportunity is open to all majors who have an interest in this career field. To register and receive the Teams link, register for the event in Handshake.
March 16, Graduate & Professional Networking Panel (virtual via Teams)
2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- Learn about the general application process plus hear from reps from MGA, UGA, Mercer Law, Jacksonville University, and Life University. Register on Handshake to receive the Teams link.
We will be also be offering Resume Review Days on March 22 and 29 to prepare you for upcoming career fairs and networking events as well as Professional Headshot Day on the Macon Campus on March 11.
