New FAQ Page Helps Students Find Answers They Need to Enroll

As we move into Fall Semester, students have a lot of questions about how to take care of the business of enrolling in college – registering for classes, questions about their financial aid status, etc.  During this time, call volumes to our offices is extremely high, and in some cases, students aren’t able to connect with someone to find the answers they need.

To help students find the information they need, the Office of University Marketing and Communications has established a new FAQ page, with the answers to many frequently-asked questions. 

Faculty and staff - please take a few minutes to visit this new page – – and review the questions that are answered there.  Whenever possible, encourage students to utilize the info on that page to answer their questions about enrolling, rather than calling a University office.

Additionally, if you know of a question that would be helpful to add to this page, let us know – we’ve set up a short form that will allow you to submit a question, which we will review and consider for addition to the FAQ page.
