Ethics Awareness Week: November 8-14

November 8th - 14th is Ethics Awareness Week! Our theme for the week is "Celebrating our Ethical Culture." MGA, along with the other 25 USG institutions and the University System Office, is hosting activities to bring awareness to the importance of an ethical culture. We share in our Core Values of Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect.

The USG mission demands integrity, good judgment, and dedication to public service from all members of the USG Community.

The activities planned for this week are as follows:
  • Tuesday, November 9th –  Alex Gregory, Former CEO YKK Corporation of America (Virtual Speaker)
  • Wednesday, November 10th – “The Higher Calling of Public Service” with Justice Harold Melton (Virtual Presentation)
  • Friday, November 12th – “Accountability in Higher Education”, Ethics & Compliance Panel Discussion (Virtual)

A drawing will be held at the end of Ethics Awareness week for 3 prizes (MGA swag) from the names of all those who participate in the activities.

Watch your MGA email for further information on the above activities. All event details are available at https://www.mga.edu/ethics.

Thanks to each of you for all you do to make an ethical culture!
