The Division of Enrollment Management appreciates all collaborative effort to increase enrollment and welcome academic schools and departments that wish to recruit for their programs. To better coordinate those efforts across the University, here are a few tips:
- If you are aware of an opportunity to recruit at a high school, high school event, or technical college, coordinate in advance with the Office of Admissions. Our recruiters are regularly in the high schools and building relationships there and with other institutions. It is important that MGA efforts be synchronized.
- If you are aware of an opportunity to recruit at an employer, coordinate in advance with the Office of the Office of Strategic Partnerships.
- There academic areas have developed their own recruitment tool kits, there are a few items that areas may wish to consider for purchase:
- Tablecloth with your school/department logo included can be purchased at Atlas Flags Inc. NOTE: typically, 6ft long folding tables are provided at recruitment events.
- Pop-Up Banner with your school/department name/website. Submit a service request to the Office of University Marketing and Communications.
- MGA Apparel available at the Campus Store.
- Rack cards, information sheets, or other marketing material - Submit a service request to the Office of University Marketing and Communications.
