Dear Faculty & Staff,
Last week, you were invited to participate in a
work-life balance online survey, a short survey designed how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the work-life balance of MGA employees.
This survey will provide valuable, anonymous information to the University’s administration. Do you have ideas for how employee work-life balance could be improved? Do you think our work schedules are effective, or should they be changed? Are there ways the University could help you to be more successful? This is the place to share that information!
The survey only takes about 10 minutes, and has been approved by MGA administration, as well as the Institutional Review Board. In addition to being a tool to help campus leadership improve work-life balance for MGA employees, this research will also be part of a Master’s thesis for Chief of Staff Ember Bishop Bentley.
