MGA Facilities has transitioned to a new work order program, WEBTMA, in order to have one work order system that speaks to all campuses simultaneously. Students, faculty, and staff no longer have to have a login to create a work request. With that being said, several faculty and staff personnel will still want and have user credentials.
Facilities populated user rights for personnel who were using School Dude regularly prior to the transition. They will email these users directly after the announcement. Until then, users can make their requests here. After they have their user credentials, they’ll be able to see the status of the work orders they have input.
