MGA Welcomes New Project SEARCH Interns

MGA welcomes the new class of Project SEARCH interns to the Macon Campus! Since 2019, MGA has partnered with the Bibb County School District's Project SEARCH program to provide work experience for students with developmental challenges. Throughout the academic year, the members of the latest class will get job experience at the campus bookstore and dining services. The ultimate goal is for the students to gain the experience they need to work paid jobs and gain as much independence as possible. Bibb County teachers assigned to the program provide instruction in personal budgeting, team building, workplace safety, self-advocacy, and health and wellness.

Welcome to MGA!
