R.A.D. for Women Self-Defense Training Course

MGA Police will host a FREE women's self-defense 2-day training course on the Cochran Campus on October 25 and 26 at 6 p.m. Taught by nationally certified instructors, the Rape Aggression Defense System (R.A.D.) is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive, women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing to the basics of hands-on defense training.
