The Department of Mathematics and Statistics held its annual Mathematical Puzzle Programs (MaPP) Challenge event for high schoolers on the Macon Campus, Friday, February 10. Around 120 students from 9 schools attended.
"MaPP Challenge is a team-based mathematical puzzle competition for high school students held at multiple college campuses across the country. MaPP problems do not require information learned in standard high school courses and is designed for general audiences 9th grade and older. Some younger players may be ready for the Challenge as well!"
