On Saturday, March 11, the Women in Aviation "Heart of Georgia" Chapter at Middle Georgia State University will host a 5K in memory of Lisa Henry, assistant professor of air traffic control at MGA's School of Aviation and founder of Women in Aviation at the University. Ms. Henry passed away from cancer in the fall of 2021. From the money raised, 20% of the proceeds will be donated to a local family undergoing cancer treatment.
