“Celebrate Korean & K-Pop!”
Monday, October 2 | 6:30-8:30 PM
Macon Campus | Math Auditorium
MGA faculty, staff, students, and the local community are invited to “Celebrate Korean & K-Pop!” at 6:30 p.m. on October 2 in the Math Auditorium on the Macon Campus. MGA students and faculty will showcase their Korean, demonstrate Taekwondo, present their art works inspired by K-pop (Korean popular music), and present K-pop music videos accompanied by commentary on Korean culture and K-pop music.
With the popularity of K-pop, K-dramas, and the interest in the Korean language and the overall K-Culture, this event will be a fun, informative opportunity for the MGA community! The event is free and open to the public (PG-13) and is sponsored by the Modern Languages Program, Department of Media, Culture, & the Arts, and School of Arts & Letters.
