On Tuesday, February 20, join the School of Arts & Letters across MGA's campuses for three electrifying performances presented by Berdolé Flamenco. All performances are free and open to the public!
Performance Schedule:
11:30 AM: Warner Robins Campus | Walker Auditorium
2:30 AM: Cochran Campus | Russell Hall Theater
5:30 PM: Eastman Campus | City of Eastman Room
The Berdolé Flamenco dance troupe is led by Julie Galle Baggenstoss, a Flamenco dancer who teaches in the Dance and Movement Studies Program at Emory University. Julie is a former instructor of the Atlanta Ballet and is a teaching artist for organizations such as Woodruff Arts Center and the Rialto Center for the Arts. She has performed and choreographed Flamenco with the Atlanta Opera, Georgia State University's School of Music, The Latin American Association, Coves Darden P.R.E., and at universities and museums from the Southeast to the Midwest. Berdolé Management and Production has over 10 years of experience in turn-key entertainment and produces live concerts that feature some of the top Flamenco professionals in Spain and the United States, as well as many local artists in Atlanta.
