R.A.D. for Women Self-Defense Training Course

Warner Robins Campus | March 11-13, 6PM

MGA Police are sponsoring the R.A.D. women's self-defense program on the Warner Robins Campus, March 11-13 at 6 p.m. These are 3 days of classes in which the material differs each night. For the safety of participants, the exact location will be disclosed the day before the start of class. Women ages 13-17 are welcome but require parental authorization and presence. It is recommended that participants bring water, and wear athletic or comfortable clothing and enclosed athletic shoes.

Taught by nationally certified instructors, the Rape Aggression Defense System (R.A.D.) is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. The R.A.D. System is a comprehensive, women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing to the basics of hands-on defense training.
