April is National Poetry Month! To celebrate, MGA will host poet Dr. Jeff Newberry on Tuesday, April 23, for a live reading celebrating his new book, How to Talk About the Dead.
Dr. Newberry is a philosophical essayist, novelist, and poet known for his evocative works rooted in the Gulf Coastal regions of Florida and South Georgia. Dr. Newberry is a professor of English and poet in residence at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
