IT Professor Attends National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education Conference

Dr. Alan Stines, assistant professor of information technology and director of the Middle Georgia State University Center for Cybersecurity Education and Applied Research (CCEAR), recently represented MGA at the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Conference in Dallas, Texas. NICE's mission is to "energize, promote, and coordinate a robust community working together to advance an integrated ecosystem of cybersecurity education, training, and workforce development."

Dr. Stines said, "It's great to be here in Texas representing MGA at this year’s NICE conference. It is great to have such an open and collaborative environment on how best to build and support our nation’s cybersecurity workforce."
