Dr. Simone Phipps, management professor at MGA, has been appointed to the Editorial Review Board of the Academy of Management Perspectives (AMP) for a new three-year term from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027.
AMP has a mission that focuses on thought leadership to bridge management theory and practice for numerous parties including educators and their students, business writers, consultants, executives, policy makers, and other practitioners. AMP publishes papers that bridge scholarly research and practice that are based on research evidence.
AMP is a highly regarded journal with a Journal Impact Factor of 8.9 ranking it 26 out of 155 journals in the "Business" category by Journal Citation Reports. In addition, the Australian Business Deans Council rates this journal as an "A" journal.
