MGA Knights baseball returned to Stuckey Field on Saturday, February 15, as they looked to close out the conference series against the Toppers of Blue Mountain Christian University. The Knights won the first two games of the series on Friday and were looking to finish off the Toppers for the sweep.
The sweep looked to be out of reach early after the Knights gave up a run in the first inning and two runs in the third inning. After two walks loaded the bases for Jose Vargas, he delivered the game-winning RBI single with two outs in the ninth to walk the game off.
