On Jan. 28, MGA's Department of Teacher Education and Social Work hosted a Teacher Education Mock Interview Day and School District Showcase. The event was a huge success, providing valuable real-world experience to students. Senior teacher candidates had the opportunity to learn more about selected school districts and to engage in professional interview scenarios and receive constructive feedback from experienced educators and administrators.
Candidates demonstrated confidence, strong communication skills, and a deep passion for teaching. Interviewers praised their preparation, thoughtful responses, and enthusiasm for the profession. Many participants noted that the experience helped them refine their answers, improve their professionalism, and feel more prepared for future job opportunities.
