Knights men's tennis was back on their home courts on Friday, March 7, as they hosted the Stallions of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. The Knights were looking to have a match that did not come down to the final point.
The Knights lost the #1 doubles match but bounced back to win the #2 and #3 matches to secure the doubles point and take a 1-0 lead. Adria Pratdepadua won the #3 singles match after his opponent was forced to retire from the match to give the Knights a 2-0 lead. Samyak Bajracharya and Dominik Simunovic had no problem with their opponents, as they won in straight sets to give the Knights a 4-0 overall match win. The rest of the singles matches played out and the Knights won the match 5-2.
Knights will be back in action on Friday, March 14, when they travel to Montgomery, Alabama for the first SSAC Roundup of the season. Their first match will start at 9 a.m. CST against the Rams of the University of Mobile.
