Join the MGA Library on Wednesday, April 9, 2-3 p.m. at the Roberts Memorial Library for a talk with Dr. Matt Caverly, assistant professor of public safety, about his new book, "Issue Areas and Political Time." In this talk, Dr. Caverly will help us understand the divide between presidential versus congressional power in foreign and domestic politics.
