On May 6, Dr. Rhonda Amerson, chair of MGA’s Department of Teacher Education and Social Work, welcomed future MGA education majors at Future Georgia Educators Signing Day.
Hosted at Houston County’s Board Office by the Houston College and Career Academy, Future Georgia Educators Signing Day celebrates senior high school students who have chosen to pursue teaching as a profession. Three of the seniors honored at spring signing day will begin their academic journey with MGA beginning in fall 2025.
